We want you and your pup to love Cooper's Paw. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at adam@kennel-capital.com with your order number.

Conditions

• Products must be unused or minimally used (at least 75% remaining).
• Sample kits are eligible for a full refund within 30 days.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
